1. Introduction
Just Rank Higher (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is a digital marketing training platform operated from Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
By using our website at justrankhigher.com and our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy. This policy applies to all visitors, prospective students, enrolled students, and corporate clients who interact with our website or submit their information through our forms.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide
- Form submissions: your full name, email address, phone number, course or batch of interest, and any message you provide — collected through the Homepage contact form, the Contact page, and the course Enrollment modal.
- Enrollment details: the course name, price, and request type (enrollment or callback request) when you use the Enrollment modal.
Technical and usage data
- IP address, browser type, device type, and operating system.
- Pages visited, time spent on pages, referral URL, landing page, and session timestamps.
- UTM parameters and advertising attribution data (campaign, source, medium, term, content).
- Cookie identifiers and your consent preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Responding to your enquiries and providing information about our courses and batches.
- Processing enrollments and delivering course content, assignments, and certifications.
- Communicating with you as a student regarding classes, schedules, and updates.
- Providing customer support and resolving your queries.
- Improving our website, courses, and services through analytics and usage analysis.
- Measuring conversions and the performance of our advertising campaigns.
- Sending you WhatsApp and email notifications regarding new batches, offers, and updates (where you have provided your contact details).
- Maintaining the security of our platform and preventing fraud or abuse.
- Complying with our legal and regulatory obligations under Indian law.
5. Session Recording and User Experience Analytics
Our platform is built on Base44, which may provide platform-level analytics or session recording capabilities as part of its infrastructure. However, Just Rank Higher has not independently configured or enabled any session recording feature on this website at the time of writing.
Accordingly, we do not currently record, replay, or store individual user browsing sessions, and no session-specific consent gating, masking, or exclusion rules are in effect. If Base44 session recording is ever enabled on this website, we will update this section to disclose how it works, what is recorded, how long it is retained, and how you can opt out.
Note for our team: this section must be reviewed and updated if Base44 session recording is ever activated.
6. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads
We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to deploy measurement tags on this website. GTM loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Ads tags without requiring direct code changes on each page.
Google Analytics 4 measures pageviews and user interactions (events) so we can understand how visitors use our site and improve it.
Google Ads conversion tracking measures when a visitor completes a form submission (a conversion), helping us understand which advertising campaigns drive valuable actions.
Google Consent Mode V2 is implemented with region-aware defaults. For visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, all non-essential storage is denied by default and only set after consent. For visitors in India and other global regions, analytics storage and ad storage are granted by default, while ad personalization is denied by default. You can change these preferences at any time through the cookie banner.
7. Meta Pixel
We use Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel), deployed via Google Tag Manager, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). The Meta Pixel records pageviews and standard events (such as form submissions) so we can attribute conversions to our Meta advertising campaigns. The data collected by Meta Pixel is subject to Meta’s own privacy policy and data processing terms.
8. WhatsApp Communication
When you submit a form that includes your phone number, Just Rank Higher may send you WhatsApp messages to respond to your enquiry, share course details, or follow up on your enrollment request. We send these messages through AiSensy, our WhatsApp Business API provider, which acts as a data processor on our behalf.
The campaign configuration and sender details are stored securely in our application’s settings and are only accessible to authorized administrators. Your phone number is shared with AiSensy solely for the purpose of delivering these messages.
9. Website Forms and CRM
When you submit a form on our website — whether the Homepage contact form, the Contact page form, or the course Enrollment modal — your information is stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which is built on the Base44 platform.
Lead and enrollment records are stored in dedicated database entities. Creation of these records is permitted for all visitors (so that forms work without requiring login), but reading, updating, and deleting records is restricted to authenticated administrators only, enforced through row-level security policies. When a form is submitted, an email notification is also sent to our internal administrative team so we can respond promptly.
10. Technology and Service Providers
We rely on the following service providers to operate our website and services:
- Base44 — provides website infrastructure, the database, backend functions, hosting, and the application platform.
- Google — provides Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Meta — provides the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.
- AiSensy — provides the WhatsApp Business API for sending messages to submitted phone numbers.
- Google Fonts — provides web fonts used for typography.
Each provider processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms of service.
11. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share your information only with the service providers listed above, strictly for the purpose of operating our website and delivering our services. We may share your information with our hiring partner companies only when you explicitly apply for a job or placement opportunity through our platform. We may also disclose your information to legal or regulatory authorities when required to do so by law.
12. Data Retention
We retain your lead and enrollment data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, respond to your enquiries, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics 4 is retained according to Google’s retention settings. As noted in Section 5, session recording is not currently active on this website. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 21.
13. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including authentication and access controls on all administrative routes, row-level security policies that restrict who can read, update, or delete records, and secure transmission of data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
14. International Data Processing
Our website is built on the Base44 platform, which may process or store data on servers located outside of India. By using our website, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than India. We encourage you to review Base44’s privacy and security documentation at docs.base44.com for details on their data residency practices. Google and Meta also process data internationally in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
