1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We are confident in the quality of our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content. To request a refund, email hello@justrankhigher.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions: (a) The refund request is made within 7 days of enrollment; (b) You have completed less than 25% of the course modules; (c) You have not downloaded more than 25% of the course materials; (d) The request includes valid enrollment and payment details. Refunds are not available after the 7-day window except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: (a) Certification fees after a certificate has been issued; (b) Live session recordings accessed after the 7-day window; (c) Customized or personalized training programs; (d) Course bundles where individual courses have been accessed beyond 25%; (e) Mentorship and one-on-one sessions already conducted.
4. EMI and Installment Plans
For courses purchased on EMI: (a) The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the first installment only; (b) If you cancel after 7 days, you are responsible for all remaining installments; (c) EMI cancellations after 7 days are handled on a case-by-case basis; (d) Late EMI payments may incur additional charges as per the payment provider's terms; (e) Default on EMI payments may result in suspension of course access.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund: (a) Send an email to hello@justrankhigher.com with subject "Refund Request" and include your name, email, course name, and payment receipt; (b) Our team will review your request within 3 business days; (c) Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days; (d) You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
6. Course Cancellations by Just Rank Higher
If we cancel a course before it begins, you will receive a full refund. If we cancel a course mid-way through, you will receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining modules. We will notify you of any cancellations at least 7 days in advance when possible.
7. Live Session and Workshop Refunds
For paid live sessions and workshops: (a) Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the session; (b) 50% refund if cancelled 24-48 hours before; (c) No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the session or for no-shows; (d) If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.
8. Corporate Training Refunds
Corporate training refunds are governed by the specific agreement signed between your organization and Just Rank Higher. The terms in that agreement take precedence over this policy.
9. Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the dispute within 15 business days. Do not initiate a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, as this may delay resolution.
