1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Just Rank Higher website and enrolling in our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Enrollment and Course Access
When you enroll in a course, you receive access to course materials, live sessions, assignments, and community features for the duration of the course. Access is granted upon successful payment of the course fee. Course materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, redistribute, or resell course content.
3. Course Delivery
Courses are delivered through pre-recorded video lessons, live online sessions, downloadable resources, and interactive assignments. Live sessions are conducted via video conferencing platforms. We reserve the right to update course content, schedules, and instructors to maintain quality and relevance.
4. Payment and Fees
Course fees are listed on our website and may change without notice. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, UPI, and bank transfer. EMI options are available for select courses. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. User Conduct
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information during enrollment; (b) not share your account credentials with others; (c) not download, record, or distribute course content without permission; (d) not engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or other users; (e) respect the intellectual property rights of Just Rank Higher and other users; (f) not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content, including videos, slides, templates, and resources, is the intellectual property of Just Rank Higher. You may use course materials for your own learning and professional work but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them. Trademarks and branding may not be used without written permission.
7. Certification
Upon successful completion of a course, you may receive a certificate of completion. Certificates are issued based on completion of required modules, assignments, and assessments. Certificates have unique verification IDs and can be verified via our platform. We reserve the right to revoke certificates for academic dishonesty or violation of these terms.
8. Placement Assistance
We provide placement assistance including resume building, LinkedIn optimization, mock interviews, and job referrals. However, we do not guarantee job placement. Placement success depends on individual performance, market conditions, and employer requirements.
9. Limitation of Liability
Just Rank Higher is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the course fee paid by you. We are not responsible for third-party services accessed through our platform.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Upon termination, your access to course materials will be revoked.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify enrolled students of significant changes via email.
